Knapheide GmbH Industrie-Schlauchtechnik, Beckum:
The modern factory finishes hydraulic hose lines in large volumes. Approx. 20,000 hose lines, ranging from DN 2 to DN 80, are finished here daily, and in part, prepared entirely according to the KANBAN system.
Knapheide GmbH Präzisions-Drehtechnik, Kaltenkirchen:
Over 30 fully-automatic six and eight-spindle lathes finish components especially for the high and highest pressure areas, alone. Approximately 200,000 of these precision-turning workpieces, like hose and connection fittings, leave the factory on a daily basis.
Knapheide GmbH Hydraulic Hoses, Waltershausen:
In our hose factory in Thüringen, we finish plaited and spiralised highest pressure hoses in different designs from one to four thicknesses and sizes from DN 5. The overall annual production of our quality hoses under the label "PHOENIX" adds up to approximately 14 million metres.
